When OIPI was rewritten to be native in the move to 7, several VB routines were recoded in Basic+. For various reasons to do most probably with late vs early binding this meant that the TEXTXY message became significantly slower. As S/List relies upon this the result of the decrease in OIPI TEXTXY speed is a net decrease in S/List speed. We have brought this to Revelation's attention and they are considering it. As soon as we have any news we'll let you know. 22nd March 2006 Sprezzatura have written an aid to OpenInsight Developers and Installation Engineers deploying systems to new hardware featuring Data Execution Prevention.
