This freeware version is for non-commercial use only. For commercial use you should contact Sprezzatura to get a commercial license. (If you charge someone else for using or installing/running this software, this is commercial use). If you distribute this software, with or without a fee, all copies of the distributed package should contain all the files that are in the original distribution unmodified, including all copyright notices.

Sprezzatura licenses the Software to you on an "AS IS" basis, without warranty of any kind. You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including all export and import laws and regulation.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. This Agreement supersedes all other communications, understandings or agreements we may have had prior to this Agreement.
