OK - there may be several reasons for your inability to print but the most common one is that something has changed with your hardware/software configuration. In other words, your computers and operating systems were set up one way and have been changed, whether by upgrading/buying new kit or changing from DOS to Windows or from one version of Windows to another. If this makes no sense to you then it's probably best to have your computer people contact us.
