Some users have experienced problems where instead of showing the short college name, the merge report has displayed 'New'.

Assuming you know what you want to display (E.G. LOCN, TOCN TRAC etc.)...

From the main menu go to Background, choose Open Colleges. If you know your code then enter it otherwise press and choose yourself! Change the short name to whatever you want and then press to save. Log out and in again to see the change!
