This is generally a problem with the setup of the document in Word.

Each document is stored with information about which paper tray ought to be used to print. Sometimes if changes are made to the document or your printer configuration changes, you need to change the tray used.

To do this, open up the document template in Word (if you don't know the name, then perhaps someone else on the discussion group will). Go to File, Page Setup and in the Paper Source dialog choose the appropriate printer tray. Save your changes and exit!
