Have you ever been surprised to discover that you have more string space in one account than in another ? The answer may lie in the fact that the system reserves six buffers in memory the size of the largest linear hash frame size thus encountered. So if you've resized your program file to have a 10K frame, you're keeping 60K of RAM reserved for buffering !
