Note that the value of WC_Crt_Vlen% is used in preference to this value, thus if the user resizes a window such that a text entry is made shorter and wrapping is enabled, wrapping will occur at WC_Crt_Vlen% not as might be expected at WC_Vsp_Vlen%. To illustrate, if a window is painted with a width of 30 for a text prompt, and the user types in information, wrapping will occur at chracter position 30 (because WC_Vsp_Vlen% = WC_Crt_Vlen% = 30). If however the user presses Ctrl-F7 and resizes the window such that the visible portion of the text prompt is now only 18 characters wide, wrapping will occur at character position as WC_Vsp_Vlen% still equals 30 but WC_Crt_Vlen% = 18.
