Reader's Clinic - Template Name at Pre-Init

Scott A. Levy of Financial Information Technology asks - "How does one find out the name of the current template when at the pre-init hook?". At first it might seem that as the template record is in @RECORD, the template id is in @ID. However this is not the case. Rather, regardless of whether the window is called from TCL or via a catalyst call, @SENTENCE will be loaded with the appropriate command string. Thus, call catalyst("W","TEST 1 2 3") would load @SENTENCE with WINDOW TEST 1 2 3. Note further that @SENTENCE will have been pre-trimmed so a simple field(@SENTENCE, " ", 2) can be used to extract the template name.
