"The most recent value used by the BREAK-ON process in RLIST" to quote the 2.0 documentation. This value is actually only set if the 'B' syntax is used after the BREAK-ON value eg

     LIST VOC BY F3 BREAK-ON F3 "'B'"

Note that if this syntax is used the HEADING "'B'" option is not required so this can be used to force the loading of @BREAK for use in a symbolic. Can be amended.
