Holds the file variable of the dictionary of the current primary file. Note that this variable must be explicitly assigned. It is of most use when referring to field by name - rather than position - since on encountering a { } reference RTP27 attempts to load the code from the dictionary item read form @DICT. Failing this, it trys the dictionary of VOC. Can be amended.
