Field mark delimited list of the current key assignments for common window related actions such as softkeys, options et al. Removing a scan code from the appropriate place in this array would effectively disable that key on a system wide (rather than window specific) basis. (EG @INT.CONST<2> = "" would disable the option key). See EDIT.KEYS in UTILITY.PROGS. Note that fields 27 through 30 are undocumented. These are as follows

         < 30 >    RLIST Window (Alt V)
