Field mark delimited list of the current escape sequences for the colour attributes of the menus. The structure of the list is as follows

<1> Border <2> Title <3> Background <4> Selected Option <5> Unselected Option <6> <7> Description (Help Line) <8> <9> Border Type (integer)

Note that 1 2 6 and 7 here omit the background byte, having in its place a CHAR(127). The background byte is incoroporated when the byte sequence is used. Can be amended.
