@FM delimited array of label information structured as follows

  < 1 >   X position
  < 2 >   Y position
  < 3 >   Colour escape sequence
  < 4 >   Display value (calculated value if the label is a "Smart" label
  < 5 >   Unused
  < 6 >   Width of display. Note that this value is ignored and does not
          seem to be used. A label is as long as the value in < 4 >
          regardless of this setting.
  < 7 >   Code if the label is a "Smart" label
  < 8 >   Command if the label is a "Smart" label.
