A field mark delimited array of information relating to the softkeys defined for the window. Each field has four values defined as follows

         < 0, 1 >  Key Literal (SF1, AF3 etc.). Note that this only has
                   significance when it is assigned in the PAINT processor,
                   subsequently it is ignored and thus may be changed to
                   read anything.
         < 0, 2 >  The message associated with the softkey - displayed in
                   the popup when the Softkeys key (normally F6) is pressed.
         < 0, 3 >  The catalyst code associated with the softkey.
         < 0, 4 >  The catalyst command.
