When generating collector windows on the fly it should be remembered that some template definitions are only used if the option flags are set to indicate that these options are set.

To be specific, if

     AMV
     AMV_CNT
     RECALC
     RECALC_CNT
     SOFT_KEYS
     SOFT_DATA
     RELATED_KEYS
     RELATED_DATA
     PREPROC
     POSTPROC
     REPROC
     HELP_PROTECT
     AMV_LINEAR

are set, then template field 20 (using Char(247) as delimiter) should be set to true.

Similarly, if
