TextContains a number indicating whether there is a numeric co processor
installed If this is 0 there is not a co processor (or the (E) option has
been invoked at logon) If this is not 0 the number will be one greater than
the type of co processor installed eg 4 = 387 etc

Note that the only system routine which seems to make explicit use of this
variable is RTP33 (Locate By) so operations involving this (EG Indexing et
al) would benefit FROM the addition of a numeric coprocessor Cannot be
amended
