TextTo force an index recompilation on a low memory system (where it keeps
dropping out of memory when "Initialising Index Records" just ED filename *
where ED is a VOC pointer to the old V16 Edit verb (See issue 5:7 8) It
uses less memory than almost any other system rouine but still forces an
index recompilation and thus may be more successful
