| Text | AFTER the caveats presented in the last issue re Batch Indexing several subscribers have asked whether it is possible to call Batch Indexing without a file variable This was so they could write their own logoff processor to ensure that all indexed were flushed to disk before logging off The answer is "Yes"! To flush pending transactions a file variable is not used (Volume 4 Issue 1 Page 4) |
