TextWhenever a new application is created certain TABLES are automatically
moved into the default location along WITH rows and MFSs where appropriate
The information recording what will be moved can be found in the SysEnv row
NEWAPPLICATIONLIST This has one column per table to be moved structured
with the first value being the tablename followed by a sub value delimited
set of MFSs the second value being a row key to copy into the table or an
asterisk (meaning all rows) as follows

TableName : @Svm : Mfs1 : @Svm : Mfs2 : @Vm : Row
