Used in ATTACHing a nominated volume. Passed the Volume Mane and a 0, it returns the relevant information for the volume and a true/false flag. Can be called direct E.g. CALL RTP49(Volname,0,Volrecord,flag). The Volrecord would be returned with the media name, the files attached etc in a dynamic array, field mark delimited.
