QTIPS - Printing Large Variables from the Debugger

When working with the debugger, it can be incredibly difficult to examine BIG variables or to to look at the Program Stack if it has become overlong. Hitting the PAUSE key can help, but unless you've amazing reflexes, this is still a problem on a 386.

The answer is fortunately simple. Remember - AREV sits on top of DOS, so normal DOS functionality applies. Make sure that you've got a printer hooked up and on line, and at the ! prompt press Ctrl-Prt-Sc. This will toggle the Printer on. Now enter /X, or PS and your display will route to the printer! Then press Ctrl-Prt-Sc to turn it off again and continue with your debugging.
